Party
Our private birthday party room is available for rental! A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. You may pay this deposit over the phone with a credit card or stop in to book your party and pay in person. Available party times are Fridays and Saturdays at 10am, 2pm, and 6pm for 2 hours each. The birthday party room seats 27 people. See below for our party packages and party policies.
Party Packages
Both of our party packages include admission for up to 10 children (more children can be added for $10 per child), rental of the private birthday party room for 2 hours, cutlery, plates, napkins, and printable invitations. You are welcome to bring your own food, decorations, etc. The room will be available for setup 30 minutes prior to party time, and all party members must be out of the room within 15 minutes of the party end time (though all guests are welcome to stay and play until closing time!).
Basic Party Package—$200
- Birthday parties that take place during our normal business hours are considered Basic Parties.
- Available time slots for basic parties are Fridays and Saturdays at 10am and 2pm.
Exclusive Party Package—$400
- Birthday parties that take place after closing time are considered Exclusive Parties.
- The Exclusive Party Package allows your party to have the entire Play Station to yourselves!
- Available time slots for exclusive parties are Fridays and Saturdays at 6pm.
Party Policies
- A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refundable up to 72 hours after booking is made, at which point the deposit becomes non-refundable. Full payment is due before the party begins.
By the party start time, The Play Station will require credit card information to be kept on file. In the event the party policies are not followed, a $50 fee will be charged to the card.
- There is a 15-minute grace period for all birthday parties; all guests must be out of the room within 15 minutes of the party end time (for exclusive parties, guests must be out of the building within 15 minutes of the party end time).
- There must be no excessive mess left in the room; at the end of the party, the room must be put back the way it was (no trash lying around, personal items should be out of the room, etc.).
Payment may be made via cash, credit card, or check.
Please remind all your invited guests, adults included, that they will need to wear socks.
Party FAQs
Does my child count toward the 10 kids included in the party?
Yes, all children under 16 attending the party are included in the count.
What if I’m inviting kids who already have memberships? Do they count toward the 10?
Yes, all attendees, regardless of membership status, are included in the count as they will have access to the private party room, which is not normally included in membership benefits.
What kinds of decorations/entertainment can I have?
Most decorations and entertainment are allowed. However, we ask that all decorations and party favors (balloons, noisemakers, etc.) remain in the party room to avoid disturbing other guests. Items that pose safety risks, such as bubble blowers that make the floor slippery, are not allowed. Other decorations are permitted as long as the room is left in its original condition, and no holes are made in the walls.
Do adults really need socks?
Yes, for health and safety reasons, we require everyone entering through the front gate to remove their shoes and wear socks.
Please read before booking a party online!
You will be redirected to our booking system with Square. Once your party request is approved, please disregard the confirmation from Square stating that no payment is due until the day of the party. You will be responsible for the 20% deposit on the day you book the party. You will recieve a separate email from us shortly after your request is approved that includes the invoice to pay the deposit.
